By Mai Iida, BridgeNews Tokyo--Jan. 19--The Nikkei 225 Stock Average ended Friday's morning session 1.3% higher, moving above the psychologically important 14,000 line for the first time since Dec. 26. Large-cap high-technology and information and technology-related issues led gains following the Nasdaq's rise overnight, together with hopes for government moves to create stock boosting measures, traders said. The Nikkei rose 179.65 points to 14,053.57.
