Construction activity rose again in Q4 2000, although at a slightly slower pace, marking four-and-a-half years of rising workloads, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Its construction survey found that the overall workloads balance stood at 18.6% in Q4, after 20.1% in Q3 and 22.6% a year earlier.
